Layering suits and jackets is my current favourite for winter, with a matching grey tweed trousers and trench style jacket. After seeing Oliver Spencer's A/W13 Collection during Men's week, I though I'd wear some heritage tweed. There happens to be 32 buttons in this look, thats a lot of fastening and buttoning up shirts, blazers and jackets. I wonder if you could ever have even more buttons, thats a challenge to be accepted. Im not particularly sure everyone will like high trousers and alot of ankle socks, but there is a clear separation between the tailored trousers and shoes for a reason, perhaps high tops?

Hey Toni,
ReplyDeleteI'm quite interested by what you said; "commercial & contemporary". I see what you mean, the outfit is classic and probably doesn't refelct your style or personality, but i wouldn't go as far as saying the outfit is boring would you? I totally understand the feeling though, the lack of accesories, textures etc, it's one i encounter often, however the outfit does have character i feel. For example the high ending trousers that reveal the socks are intriging, plus they compliment the white shirt. And of course, your easily recognisable brogues add a personal touch.
I disagree, no re-shoot needed.
you got class and swag at the same time ^ ^
